The Maxxis High Roller II EXO/TR 27. 5 Plus Tire leads the plus-tire charge with enhanced all-mountain capabilities, EXO sidewall protection, and beefier volume than the highly decorated original High Roller. That extra volume means better traction in loose conditions and a bit of extra cushion over roots, rocks, and washboard access roads. The High Roller II carries over the respected reputation of descending mastery, easily recognized in the ramped, square braking-edge knobs which dig without forgiving to rearward flex. Complementing that, softer compound side knobs with additional buttressing enhance cornering threshold and bolster traction in adverse terrain. The 60tpi casing, with EXO protection, tips the scales just a hair over the thousand-gram mark, and are tubeless-ready.
