As we mentioned above, the rim profiles are optimized, depending on its front or rear placement, to better cope with the wind and forces each wheel sees. The front is slightly narrower, helping to reduce its frontal area and is slightly blunter for stable crosswind handling. The rear is slightly wider, helping to reduce rolling resistance while its 62mm depth provides increased stiffness and even better aerodynamics. Both rims feature healthy internal widths letting you run wider tubeless tires at lower pressure for better traction, faster rolling, and more comfort, and are shaped to increase stability and reduce drag over a wide range of yaw angles. The carbon hoops are laced with Sapim Sprint spokes and durable brass nipples, with 20 spokes on the front and 24 out back, to smooth rolling Reynolds Allroad hubs.
