ENVE Carbon Brake Pad Standard Braking Surface, Campagnolo

ENVE spent an immense amount of research and development time improving the braking surface on their carbon rims, and it stands to reason that an implicit part of that carbon braking system would include the ENVE Carbon Brake Pads. With a goal of having a brake pad compound that will manage heat, minimize abrasion, and perform in wet conditions with ENVE rims, the Carbon Brake Pads provide braking functionality that will nearly make you forget that you're not braking on a good old fashioned aluminum rim. The interface between brake pad and rim functions so smoothly that you'll be able to confidently stop without worry that your brake pads will your presence with a screeching sound most closely resembling an angry owl. Tested at length during the design process for the Smart ENVE System wheelsets, the ENVE Carbon Brake Pads will increase the longevity of the brake pad and the braking surface. Wet or dry, you can count on them to bring you to a stop without drama, and you'll have smooth modulation that will allow you to feather your brakes in the pack or 'round sweeping corners. The Standard Braking Surface pads are designed to pair with ENVE's smooth surface braking track. The Textured Braking Surface pads are designed to pair exclusively with ENVE's new brake track found on the ENVE SES 2. 2, SES 7. 8, and the most recent versions of the SES 3. 4 and SES 4. 5 wheelsets. Please note that these pads are sold as a pair and that they're available for either Campagnolo or SRAM/Shimano calipers.
