The hip belt, compression straps, and frame pad can all be removed to cut weight, and the roll-top closure minimizes pack size and bulk. The large front pocket stores extra layers or other larger items, with two mesh side and two zippered hip belt pockets to organize our smaller essentials, allowing us to maximize the small internal pack size.
