With the shape of a playful freestyle ski and the backbone of a big-mountain board, the Anima will pivot and scrub through whatever terrain we come across. On less-than-ideal days above treeline, its stiff flex, which gets progressively softer in the tip and tail, ensures it'll still blast through chop and wind buff like a big-mountain gun should. Meanwhile, when the storm rolls in and everything gets soft, the low swing weight and true twin-tip design encourage us to dip into our bag of tricks.
