Flex points at both the front and back of the ankle allow your ankle to move comfortably while you hike, but with Asolo's heel locking technology and injection-molded TPU lateral shell, the boots are extremely supportive when climbing on both rock or ice. The Vibram Vertical rubber sole is crampon compatible and is supported by a Pebax frame as well as an anti-shock PU insert in the midsole. An anatomic footbed ensures a comfortable fit, so you're not dying to pry these boots off after a long day in the alpine.
