What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I love how the X Ultra 360 Mid Gore-Tex hiking boots offer ankle support without feeling bulky. The advancedCHASSIS system keeps me stable on tricky descents, while the EnergyCell midsole provides cushioning for long hikes. With a GORE-TEX membrane, my feet stay dry in any conditions, and the Contagrip outsole grips confidently on wet or loose terrain. Whether it’s an easy day hike or a more technical trail, these boots keep me comfortable and supported."

When the trail calls for extra support and protection, we lace up the X Ultra 360 Mid Gore-Tex hiking boots. Salomon blends comfort, stability, and weatherproof performance to keep us moving confidently over any terrain. With a mid-cut design, these boots provide additional ankle support without sacrificing flexibility, making them ideal for single-day hikes on mixed trails.

The advancedCHASSIS insert ensures stability over rocky terrain, while the EnergyCell midsole absorbs impact to keep us going longer. A waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane shields our feet from rain, puddles, and stream crossings, while the All Terrain Contagrip outsole grips wet, dry, and loose surfaces alike. Finished with a protective toecap and mudguard, these boots are built for adventure.

Not waterproof!

Really disappointed, had many pairs of Salomon shoes but these are not waterproof at all. Soaking wet socks whenever it’s raining or even wet ground.

Same again

Replaced my ultra4 with ultra 360 Same result, a perfect fit and superb comfort with a reassuring grip in all weather.Have a narrow foot so this is a perfect shoe. Would suggest going up half a size especially if using your own insole fitting.

Ultra 360

So ive just received a pair of these today and on first inspection look good .I have a pair of ultra 4s and ultra 3s all brand new so thought I'd do a direct comparison .the 3s are narrowest both in toe and heel and have the deepest foot bed and least flex in the sole . The 4s and 360 have the same depth of sole and fall from heal to toe similar flex .the main diffence is in the width the 360 is much wider across both heel and toe and its upper is definitely softer in its materials (also thinner ) but had better padding around the heal and ankle . The 360 feels very comfortable out the box and feels a true size .sole is different to the 4s mabe harder ? But definitely wider . I like it so far .

USA

Why isn’t this available in the US to replace the current x ultra which I don’t like because it hurts my feet.
