It may be a better fit for many people but no offense, both adrenaline and glycerin hurt my knees the most. I would stick to Ghost but would hate if they make 17 to be in same as these!!

Go up half a size!
Went half a size up as my usual size was too small and my big toe nails were going black! Much better fit now but still a little snug round my toes. The 23 fits better but I like the laces of the 24. Otherwise comfy as always.

Squished
Cute but the shoe height is not big enough for my feet.

Not satisfied at all
Do not fit anywhere near as well as my previous pair (same size). If the design changed, then it was for the worse. Toe box is not as wide and I have blisters. Definitely regretting my purchase

Excellent shoe
Love the 24. I have the 22 and 23, and the 24s are excellent in comparison. Background info: I have fallen arches and wide feet. It is a major challenge to find a shoe that doesn’t hurt my feet. I often end up with pain in my toes during my workouts. I use these shoes for treadmill walking and step aerobics ( I know I’m showing my age but it’s still my favorite of the various types of cardio workouts I participate in). I switch out the insoles with Power Step insoles and I’m good to go. Brooks- for my purposes you hit a home run with the Adrenaline 24. My one (small) gripe is that a lot of the cute colors are not available in wide widths. I love these shoes so much that I purchased 2 additional pairs shortly after my first purchase.

Disappointed
Loved all the previous versions. Very disappointed with the 24s. The toe box has extra padding and makes it too tight on the toes. I wish they still sold the 23s, or 22s

Change does not equal improvement.
Once upon a time, the Brooks Adrenaline was near perfect—very supportive for my pronation and very comfortable on my feet. For years I always replaced my Adrenalines with the next version of the shoe. However, for at least a couple of years I have noticed a trend toward greater rigidity and less comfort. The GTS 24 is attractive and, of course, supportive, but it much too rigid and is not very comfortable on my feet.

Unfortunately not for me
Unfortunately not for me despite being a solid Brooks fan. After around 5 miles uncomfortably. Could feel every step. I’ll continue with my 22 adrenalines until after my marathon and then start the search for my next Brooks favourite

Narrow
They are tight. Wish the toe box is wider. I also do not think they are as comfortable as the ones I bought in the Fit Run store in February 2025? I had the 2E but they where to wide. 7.5 W not enough room for toes. Disappointed. Also way to long to receive them.
