The Bubba Ultra Flex Fillet Knife is designed for precision work on fish of all sizes, with a fully tanged Ultra Flex blade that's strong enough for the backbone cut, yet flexible enough to enable easy rib and Y-bone removal with no loss of meat. Titanium-bonded coating for durability; features the signature Bubba non-slip red handle for total control. Includes polyester sheath.
